Project Overview.
The Elmwood + Estate is a perfect example of design with remodel and large addition with a modern touch. This project is centered on the reimagining of an older-style home into a chic and attractive modern living space.
The addition expanded the footprint significantly, allowing for a fully redesigned kitchen with custom cabinetry, a large island, and premium appliances. The primary bedroom suite was added as part of the new square footage, creating a private retreat with premium finishes.
The exterior was updated to harmonize the old and new construction, creating a cohesive appearance. Reschka Design Build's integrated design-build process ensured that the addition matched the remodeled interior seamlessly.
