Project Overview.
The Urban + Workspace project enhances an ideal unity of urban concept that comes along with the working environment concept. This particular remodel created a dynamic commercial space that balances raw industrial materials with a refined modern aesthetic.
The exposed brick walls serve as the defining character element throughout, paired with sleek modern furniture, controlled lighting, and purposeful spatial planning. Corner desk configurations maximize natural window light while preserving open sightlines across the workspace.
The result is a space that energizes the team that occupies it - thoughtfully designed to foster focus, collaboration, and creative output in equal measure.
